Powering the future of collaborative commerce · Bengaluru first

Retail was built for individual shoppers. We're building it for networks.

KARTPULL connects shoppers and retailers through a collaborative commerce network — unlocking greater purchasing power for shoppers, and more value from every store visit for retailers.

01The problem

Shopping alone caps everyone's upside.

For shoppers

Individual carts, limited power.

Thresholds out of reach— real intent, but not enough purchasing power alone.
Forced over-buying— filler items just to qualify, value destroyed.
Shopping alone— no way to combine power with the shopper one aisle over.
Opportunity lost— the offer hangs on the wall, unclaimed.
For retailers

Promotions that underperform.

Low redemption— offers seen by thousands, unlocked by few.
Smaller baskets— the AOV the promo was designed for never materialises.
Inefficient campaigns— margin spent on offers that don't move behaviour.
Revenue walking out— shoppers with intent, lost at the counter.
02A new category

Introducing collaborative commerce.

Commerce has connected everything — except the shoppers standing in the same store. That's the layer KARTPULL builds.

Today

One shopper, one cart.

Below the threshold. Offer missed. Value lost.
With KARTPULL

Two shoppers, shared purchasing power.

Threshold crossed. Offer unlocked. Value created.

When shoppers inside a store combine purchasing power to unlock value no individual could reach alone — and the retailer wins with them.

Online, buying together is a proven model. It has built billion-dollar companies. In stores, it doesn't exist yet. We're building it.

03How it works

One loop. Six moments.

01

A shopper walks in

Checks in on KARTPULL inside a partner store.

02

Discovers the live offer

Picks the store's threshold offer and adds what they're buying.

03

Finds compatible shoppers

Matched anonymously with the cart that completes the offer.

04

Purchasing power combines

Together they cross the threshold neither could reach alone.

05

The offer unlocks

One combined bill — the value lands for both shoppers.

06

Everyone benefits

Shoppers gain power; the retailer books a bigger, completed sale.

04See the mechanic

Watch purchasing power combine.

Drag the cart value. Watch the network clear "Buy ₹10,000, get 20% off" — and pay off on both sides.

Collective buying power, in your pocket.

Greater purchasing power

Reach offer tiers your cart alone never qualifies for — the network completes what you start.

Anonymous by design

Numbers masked, chat scoped to the bill. Team up at the counter without ever oversharing.

More value, zero over-buying

No filler items, no "just ₹2,000 more." Every rupee goes to what you actually wanted.

06For retailers

A growth channel inside your own store.

Higher average order value

Two mid-size carts become one large offer bill — the basket size your promotion was designed to create.

Offer redemption, solved

Near-misses convert instead of walking. Campaign spend finally moves behaviour, measurably.

Zero-integration deployment

No POS hooks, no pricing changes, no hardware. Live in days, not quarters.

07The network effect

Every match makes the next one better.

Each side's participation makes the network more valuable to the other. That's the flywheel — and why this is infrastructure, not a promotion.

The KARTPULL
flywheel
two-sided, compounding
08Why KARTPULL wins

Built to compound, hard to copy.

01 · NETWORK

A neutral, two-sided network

A retailer can copy the feature; it can't copy a network that spans its competitors' foot traffic. Neutrality is why shoppers pool across stores — and why density in a city becomes its own defence.

02 · DATA

An in-store commerce graph

Real-time signal on offers, carts and intent inside physical retail — a layer of commerce data that has never been captured before.

03 · INTELLIGENCE

Matching that learns

Every match teaches the engine which carts combine, convert and come back. The product gets better with use — automatically.

04 · DISTRIBUTION

A zero-integration wedge

No POS, no pricing changes — a store can go live quickly. And building density inside physical retail takes exactly the kind of ground work large platforms structurally avoid.

None of this can be copied by shipping a feature. It has to be earned, match by match.

The future of shopping

Today, shopping is individual. Tomorrow, it's collaborative.

Every store visit becomes a network moment — purchasing power shared between strangers, value created for everyone in the building. KARTPULL powers that future.

10Where this goes

The wedge is small. The arc isn't.

TODAY

Prove it in the aisle

One city, real stores, real shoppers — the version of collaborative commerce that can actually be measured.

AS WE GROW

More ways to combine

More offer types, more moments, more reasons for purchasing power to travel together.

LONG TERM

Infrastructure for retail

Collaborative commerce as a layer the whole industry can build on.

11Early, and honest about it

"We're building KARTPULL in the open, starting with a measured pilot in Bengaluru. We prove conversion before we automate anything — and scale only after trust."

·Questions
What is collaborative commerce?
A new layer of retail where shoppers inside a store combine purchasing power to unlock value no individual could reach alone — and the retailer wins with them. KARTPULL is the network that makes it work.
So is KARTPULL a discount app?
No. There are no coupons, no cashback, no deal feeds. Stores keep their existing offers and pricing; KARTPULL adds the connection layer that lets shoppers reach them together. The value comes from the network, not from discounting.
What does it cost?
Shoppers pay a small flat fee to find a match, plus a small platform fee on the value unlocked — via the in-app wallet. Exact pricing will be shared at launch. Retailers pay nothing to pilot. KARTPULL never touches the shopping payment itself.
How does the offer actually apply?
Matched shoppers check out together as one combined bill so the total clears the offer threshold, then confirm in the app by uploading the receipt. The store's own offer does the rest — pricing never changes.
Do retailers need to integrate anything?
No. No POS integration, no hardware, no pricing changes. Cashiers ring one combined bill — the same as any large order — guided by a one-page card.
Is matching safe and private?
Yes — matching is anonymous. Phone numbers and emails are masked in chat, which is scoped to coordinating the bill. And you only ever meet your match at the billing counter — a public, staffed space inside the store. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture, including a dedicated section for each side.
What if there's no one to match with?
We launch in a focused set of stores rather than spreading thin, so there are other shoppers on the same offer when you need one. And if no cart is a perfect fit, KARTPULL still shows you the closest match — you decide whether to go ahead together or wait a few minutes.
Is it live yet?
Not yet — we're in active development, launching first in Bengaluru with a measured pilot. Join as a shopper or apply as a retailer and you'll be first in.

Join the collaborative commerce movement.

Whether you're here to unlock greater purchasing power or to create more value from every store visit — KARTPULL helps everyone win. Bengaluru first.
